First Time visit ! 2 stars because it's a beautiful location. Omg the gym and spa definitely urgent upgrade required. All equipment looked old . Horible showers except one where I had to screw the shower pipe back on and water fountain didn't even have a tap handle it was broken off. Dirty small jacuzzi with some form of foam. Not impressed I would never go back again. Much better health clubs in better condition in the area I know because I used most in the area as it's my favourite activity.
Broken lockers, broken equipment, disinterested staff. Absolute disgrace for a 4* hotel.

Heard good things about this place but didn't agree. The pool, steam and sauna rooms were fine. The changing rooms were tired and needed a good round of maintenance. Won't be somewhere I'd return. We went on a Groupon for use of the spa facilities
