The staff are idiots and rude and have no common sense. You ask for an item to be sent a specific way and the little strange man always tries to get you to send it a different way. Really dislike the staff and avoid the place at all costs. Would rather go into Leeds to post an item
In a word slow. Always a cue no matter how many people are in or how many counters are open. The staff I've spoken to aren't that talkative at all. Still, it's a Post Office that do the stuff they do.
The service has always been ridiculously slow!!! I get that the staff cant rush important information but at the same time, they cant hold up a long queue of customers.
Use this post office more than my local one much quicker service just a shame its a bit small specially with a chair
The staff that used to work here were really polite and friendly but it's now changed hands and the people that run it are really rude and unhelpfull
