Needed an unusual type of energy saving bulb for my bathroom. Spent most of Wednesday this week in Leeds city centre searching for one with no luck. It was suggested I go to Olwyn Fox which I did a short time ago, a very efficient young lady took the old one from me and returned 1 minute later with the correct one. Thank you. Would you believe it, Leeds - 4 hrs several miles walked 3 petrol & 3 Parking. Result = One very annoyed person. Olwyn Fox - 15 minutes 1.3 miles walked and 3 mins with a helpful person. Result = no need for a torch in the bathroom tonight !!!!!
