Although nice enough people unfortunately not good technical skills and advice given. Also, they keep false records of treatments (I have complained to Cqc and NHS so not just gossiping about it!), so do keep an eye on things if you have to use them!
Take your deposit when you sign up and not told its non refundable. The ticket they provide states if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there is a cost involved but even when cancelling with plenty of notice they refuse to give a refund.
I had a very pleasant experience here. I am usually terrified of the dentists but the staff put me at ease. Keep up the brilliant work xx
I had a dreaded root canal which was done pain-free at the dentist.Each stage was carefully explained to me as were the different options available before treatment. Even the horrible x-rays taken which usually makes you gag wasn't too bad.I ended up getting a crown done as my tooth discolored which actually looks a lot better than the original tooth. Overall, my experience was made as pleasant as possible & I would highly recommend.
